🕒 ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped containing your official carrier tracking number.

🚚 DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATES

• Canada & USA Shipping: We offer fast and reliable shipping options across Canada and the United States. Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the package weight and destination. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over a specific promotional threshold.

• International Shipping: We ship our premium clothing worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Coast to Coast Clothing is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

📦 DELIVERY ESTIMATES

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days (within Canada and USA).

• Express Shipping: 2-4 business days.

• International Shipping: 7-21 business days depending on location and local customs clearance.

🔍 HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

📬 SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

While we try our best to accommodate all delivery addresses, some shipping carriers have restrictions regarding deliveries to P.O. Boxes. If a carrier restriction applies, our team will reach out to you to secure an alternate physical address.

⚠️ DAMAGES & LOST PACKAGES

Coast to Coast Clothing is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if incorrect addresses were submitted.

If you received your order damaged due to carrier mishandling, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our support team at info@coasttocoastclothing.com within 48 hours with clear photos so we can file a claim and resolve the issue for you.
