At Coast to Coast Clothing, we stand behind the premium quality of our apparel. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • In the original packaging with all product tags and labels attached.

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

⚠️ Exemptions: Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned due to hygiene reasons (e.g., custom-tailored orders unless there is a clear manufacturing defect).

πŸ“© HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@coasttocoastclothing.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the exact shipping instructions.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or our warehouse without prior approval.

🚚 SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For high-value items, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

πŸ’° REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your returned item is received and inspected by our quality assurance team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the clothing.

If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during transit, or if the wrong size/color was sent to you. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@coasttocoastclothing.com.
